That's why we accept more types of vision insurance plans, including commercial, essential or Medicare vision plans from Avesis Vision Insurance. Our eye doctors are all Avesis vision insurance providers accepting new patients.

What does Avesis Vision cover?

According to their website, Avesis covers:

• Eye exams
• Standard single vision, bifocal or trifocal prescription eyeglass lenses (plastic or glass)
• Eyeglass frames (subject to plan allowance)
• Medically necessary contact lenses with prior approval
• Specialty optical lenses and lens coatings are available to Avesis members for a 'uniform discounted price'.
